Visitors remain anonymous unless and until they elect to register and open an account on our Website, or request information from AeroLinked. Personal Information and Data Collected by AeroLinked on or through AeroLinked.com
We require certain personal information for initial account registration as well as to respond to Your inquiries about our Website and the associated services. This information includes Your name, Your email address, Your phone number, and, for Employers, the company’s physical address. If you provide a cell phone number as your phone number, you represent that you have the contractual rights or authority with respect to that number, and that you consent to being contacted through that number.
We serve two major categories of Users: Employers and Job Seekers. To perform our core mission of matching vacancies posted by companies (“Employer” or “Employers”) with prospective candidates (“Job Seeker” or “Job Seekers”), we post Employer job openings and collect personal information and resumes/CVs from Job Seekers.
We will not display personal information submitted by Job Seekers publicly on our Website, but will share such information with Employers who use our Website to identify prospects, set up interviews with potential candidates, extend job offers, and fill vacancies. We will share the personal information of the Job Seeker with the Job Seeker’s consent and permission in accordance with this Privacy Policy. While the Employers using our services for the purpose of accessing Job Seekers’ personal information and resumes must register on or Website and are subject to our Terms of Use, we cannot control how Employers use such personal information or resumes, which will be governed by applicable law and the Employer’s own privacy and business policies.
We also collect sensitive information such as credit card number and “cvc” code to fulfill payment for services purchased on our Website. We obtain such information for the stated purpose only, and do not share it with third-parties except for those third parties who are contracted to handle the financial transaction. Our third-party processor is authorized to use Your personal credit card or billing information only as necessary to provide the service contracted for.
We reserve the right to disclose information to our services providers when such sharing is necessary, or is deemed by us to be necessary, to perform our services on an ongoing basis, and to improve our services.
We also seek and collect personal information through user surveys. We do not share any of this personal information with third parties for their promotional purposes.
We reserve the right to share information with law enforcement and government agencies when a formal request has been made, when required in a civil suit, in another adjudicatory proceeding, or by court order or subpoena, or when necessary to protect our intellectual property, the safety of our staff, our users, or the general public.

This includes, but is not limited to, advisories regarding technical issues that may impact functionality, impending weather-related outages or environmental issues, security issues, changes in law affecting our services, or changes in our business and Website policies. If You do not wish to receive these communications, You must close Your account with us.
We may also send newsletters to our Users with information on new service offerings and promotions. By opening an account with us, you agree to receive such communications. Should You later change Your mind about receiving these newsletters, You can unsubscribe by following the directions present in each email You receive from us.
Collection of Data on Web-surfing Behavior and Site Use
AeroLinked may, in its sole discretion, use the Google Analytics service, which is designed to provide analytical data and statistics on website traffic and use, and may make such data available to registered Employers to allow them to monitor the effectiveness of their use of the Website for job advertisement and recruitment purposes.
The Google Analytics service uses proxy servers to collect, retain, search behavior and web traffic information.
Regardless of whether Google Analytics is enabled, our Website regularly collects information from all visitors, including job seekers, employers, recruiters and advertising agencies, but the character and amount of the data will vary depending on User and usage.
AeroLinked will collect personal information about You, including personal information that may be considered sensitive, when You choose to open an account, provide information about yourself, apply for posted job opening, and when you upload a resume/CV or create a candidate profile or application online.
Examples of personal information that we collect include the following: Your name, address, email address, telephone number, credit card number, contact information, IP address, billing information, profession, work experience, and information about third parties, such as contacts or personal or professional references that You provide to us. It will be your responsibility to assure yourself that You have permission to share identity and other information regarding those third parties.
The personal information You upload or enter online should not include the most sensitive identity information whose dissemination is regulated, restricted, or even prohibited by law, such as social security number, driver’s license number, national identification number, or similar identity information, which is subject to privacy laws or rules or regulations that have the force of law. How Personal Information is Used by AeroLinked
AeroLinked.com collects personal and non-personal information to perform the service of matching job seekers with potential employers. We are committed to provide a beneficial and positive experience for all parties using our services. By opening an account on our Website and utilizing our services, You have agreed to allow us to use Your information, subject to local law, in the following manner:
If you are a Job Seeker:
• To create a Job Seeker profile for You based on information You have provided to us;
• To provide information about You to Employers and recruiters at Your request;
• To provide information about You and Your application habits to the Employers whose job postings You view, follow, or submit an application to;
• To contact You regarding any changes to Your profile, service updates, products and services You may be interested in; surveys, sweepstakes, and various other communications regarding our Website and our products and services.
If you are an Employer:
• To create an Employer profile based on the information You have provided us;
• To provide information about You and Your recruitment advertisements to Job Seekers at Your request;
• To contact You regarding any changes to Your profile, service updates, products and services You may be interested in, surveys, sweepstakes, and various other communications regarding our Website and our products and services.
• If an Employer uses AeroLinked’s technology to post an advertisement to a third-party job board, that Employer’s contact information may be shared with the operator of that third-party property;
We do not sell Your personal information to anyone for any reason without Your consent. You may elect to opt out of any communications sent by us to You at any time, except for administrative emails and notifications that we deem necessary for technical, business, safety, or legal reasons or otherwise compelling reasons. If you do not wish to receive any communications from us at all, you must close your account.
Privacy Settings for Resumes / CVs and Sharing and Use of Personal Information
If You use our service to build a resume or upload one to our database, You will be providing us with personal information that will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Job Seekers may elect to have their profile and contact information kept private at any time by logging in and changing the setting on their profile. You may also request that we change Your profile setting for You by emailing us at staffing@nullAeroLinked.com.
AeroLinked collects both personal and non-personal information when You submit an application to an Employer for their online job application process. This information is obtained from the User via proxy server and is submitted to the Employer at the User’s request and direction to facilitate the job application, interviewing, and hiring process.
While the primary purpose of the collection, storage, and transfer of the Job Seeker’s personal information is to facilitate the Job Seeker’s job search and the Employers’ hiring process, AeroLinked also uses these data for research and development purposes, to assess job posting effectiveness, accuracy, posting locations, and to gather business intelligence regarding the placement of job advertisements, the content of job advertisements, and the conversion of users from a user merely viewing a job advertisement to a user submitting a completed job application for an open position.

AeroLinked does not disclose personal information to third parties without Your consent. Proxy Servers
AeroLinked uses proxy servers to collect information from Job Seekers during the online application process. When a Job Seeker clicks the “Apply Here” link or button in a job description, they are redirected to the Employer’s application page, via AeroLinked’s proxy server. The proxy server collects personal and non-personal information on behalf of the Employer. The personal information may include profession, work history, contacts, and personal and professional references. All information gathered is used to facilitate the employment application process. A link to AeroLinked’s Privacy Policy is displayed on the bottom of the page during the proxy server application process.
Third Party Cookies
We have third-party advertisers on the site who may employ cookies and web beacons on our Website to track the effectiveness of their advertisements. We have no control over or access to these third-party cookies. We may also employ the services of a third-party agent or analyst to track aggregated statistical data and examine visitor and user traffic patterns to our Website, on our Website, and outward from our Website to other sites. This non-personal information is used for research, quality control, and service improvement purposes. Third parties retained to perform such functions may also employ cookies and web beacons when they perform this service for us.
Changes to Your Account

AeroLinked may also be required to disclose User information that remains in its possession or under its control to law enforcement officials and to cooperate with the legal process issued by courts or other adjudicatory or investigatory bodies. Even in the absence of an express request or a court order, AeroLinked may deem it necessary to preserve User information irrespective of individual Users’ preferences or decision to close their account, if AeroLinked has notice of impending legal or regulatory action, or in the event such or similar action is reasonable anticipated.
